Our position

Agadir Holiday Trips does not sell your personal information. We also do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. This website does not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers.

What we do with your data

We use the details you give us, such as your name, hotel, phone number and booking choices, only to answer you, confirm and run your booking and collect you from your hotel. Details of what we collect and why are in our privacy policy.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and why.
• Ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do neither).
• Not be treated unfairly for exercising these rights.

UK and EU visitors have similar rights under data protection law, described in our privacy policy.

How to make a request

Email contact@agadirholidaytrips.com and tell us what you would like us to do, and the name and phone number you used to book so that we can find your details. We may ask for a little more information to confirm that the request comes from you. An authorised agent can send a request for you with your written permission.

Opt-out signals

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. We treat browser opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request not to sell or share, which we already respect.
