Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking by WhatsApp

Bookings are made by sending the booking message from an excursion page, or by contacting us on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when we reply to confirm your date, pickup time and price.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP with an approximate price in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). GBP prices are approximate. Payment is made in MAD on the day of the excursion. Nothing is charged when you book.

Free cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the departure time. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email contact@agadirholidaytrips.com.

No-shows and late cancellations

If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure, or you are not at your pickup point at the agreed time, we may not be able to offer a refund or a new date.

Weather or operator cancellation

If an excursion cannot run safely because of the weather or other conditions, or we have to cancel for any other reason, we will contact you on WhatsApp to talk through your options.

Liability

Excursions involve outdoor and, for some activities, motorised or physical elements. Please follow the instructions of your guide at all times. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Children

Child prices and age limits differ by excursion and are shown on each excursion page. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Quad and buggy excursions are priced per vehicle, with up to 2 people on each vehicle.

Conduct

Please be respectful to guides, drivers, other guests, animals and local communities. We may end an activity for anyone whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.
