What we collect

• Your name, hotel or pickup address and phone number, when you complete a booking form.
• The content of your WhatsApp messages and your WhatsApp number when you contact us.
• Your email address and the content of your email when you write to us.
• The details of your booking: excursion, date, pickup time and number of people.

Why we use it

We use this data to answer your questions, confirm and run your booking, collect you from your hotel, and contact you about your excursion. We do not use it to send you marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep booking messages and details only for as long as needed to run your booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Booking details are shared only with the guides and drivers who need them to carry out your excursion, and with service providers we rely on, such as WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and our website host.

Your rights

If you are in Morocco, the data protection rules of Law 09-08 apply. If you are visiting from the United Kingdom, UK GDPR gives you the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its use and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. You may also contact Morocco's data protection authority, the CNDP.

Deletion requests

To ask us to access, correct or delete your data, email contact@agadirholidaytrips.com and tell us the name and phone number you used to book.

Cookies and analytics

This website loads a font from Google Fonts and a map from Google Maps on the contact page. We do not use advertising cookies.
