Full description
Nothing beats the stillness of the sky at dawn. You leave before sunrise by 4x4, driving through the countryside to the site where the balloon is being prepared. While it inflates, a light breakfast is served. Once you're settled in the basket, you rise very gently. For an hour you float over small Berber villages, a dry landscape and fields. On a clear day you can see the snow-capped Atlas peaks in the distance and the Atlantic sparkling on the other side. After landing, you're invited into a Berber tent for a typical breakfast. Travellers mention the friendly driver (who talks about Morocco all the way), a professional and funny pilot who explains everything, and welcome punctuality. A photo and video package is available as an option if you'd like even better souvenirs.
